I'm really hoping to get this group going..
I know from personal experiene I at times lack the motivation to get out and be active, and how a word of encouragement from a friend can get you going.
I want this space to be where we share what we do for training each day, or weekly.
What sort of diet we follow and how it makes you feel...
Slimming ideas for meal times
New products we have discovered that offer all the healthy alternatives.

My background

I have been a fitness instructor for the last 21 years, been teaching Modern Dancing, Hip Hop and movement classes for 30 years.

I need the motivation as much as the next person does...
Lets motivate each other...
