Day 48/50

I had my daughter with me for the day....
She has lost most of the weight she gained since joining the airline, but not eating till 2pm ( Today ) that's not the way to lose the weight... cant tell someone what to do without it sounding like a lecture....
Each time she tells me about her eating habit, she will say...
* Mom don't give me a lecture please *
So I say nothing....
She will in time realize what she is doing to her body and make the changes....
Right now....I keep loving her :)

I had my usual breakfast...
A coffee while out
I felt so hungry not having my snack...
Got home and had a small chicken salad and almonds
Hubby is not home till after 10pm...he is in the air right now...coming back from a business trip in Russia, so I have been picking on foods I can eat...

I have not trained for the last two days...plan to train both Saturday and Sunday as I don't have to photograph a soccer game...and weather is going to be over 30 degrees!!!

Day 47/50

Day 47 today..

I am going to be very honest right now...
I have been very dedicated to this challenge and have not found it difficult
I have had NO cravings for anything....and when I want something sweet I add Organic Almond butter to 2 Tsp of Greek Yogurt and that would help me.
Yesterday was so hot....31 degrees
Remember I wrote I sat outdoors eating my dinner with a glass of wine...
After my walk around with my camera I came home....and felt like the ice cream that was in my deep freeze...its been there for 2 months.....
Organic Vanilla Ice Cream
I finished the small tub....2 Tablespoons.
Funny but I didnt find it tooooo sweet.
I thought I would.
Maybe being organic and without normal sugar the reason 
I wanted to be honest and let you know that on day 46....I had 2 scoops of ice cream!!!

Day 46/50

Ive not eaten very well this week....with Hubby being in Russia and not having to cook.
Monday night I made Tuna salad for dinner....
Tuesday I had Pilchards and salad and tonight I cooked a chicken breast....with salad again.
So the area I'm not doing well in is my lunch and snacks.
I feel as if I am eating a lot more yogurt at the moment to before, or eating a handful of Almonds.

I am still very aware of u can see in my photo above, I bought the mini banana's for my smoothies I make and Hubby like a half banana before he goes out to run.

Tuesday I taught The Power Ladies a good cardio workout and this morning we did a heavy cardio and Kettlebell class....I was going to run this evening, but as it was so hot I decided to lie in the sun, have my dinner outdoor, read and later went for a walk around my neighborhood with my camera...

I weighed myself yesterday morning 
62.3 kgs

Day 44/50

After my run on Saturday with hubby ( we did 8.60km's ) 
I noticed each time I moved from side to side I would feel stabbing pain across my back where my bra strap is...
Sunday morning I felt it again so asked Hubby to give me a good rub down as had a photo shoot and 2x soccer games to photograph.
This morning it felt quite sore when I woke...each time I moved I would feel as if I would catch my breath from the I cancelled my run I had planned and contacted the lady who organized a new group of ladies for me to teach starting this evening ...I wanted to warned her that I might be canceling but would let her know closer to the time.
After breakfast I took a muscle relaxant and have not had any problems since....
So tonight I went off to teach the new group of ladies...happy to report all went well.

Today is day 44 of the 50 days no sugar challenge.
I will count down to the end of the 50 days so that I know I have completed it well
But as I said in others entries, this is how I want to continue eating.

I noticed that Tosca is now also gluten and grain free.
Interesting how more and more people as seeing that a healthy lifestyle is better without those things.

I'm going to weigh in on Thursday morning.
I have my daughter arriving on Thursday afternoon and as she is only here for one evening I want us to go to the Italian for dinner...there I will have my usual salmon and veggies....with a glass of wine...
