Day 26/50

This morning I decided it was time to run in my Vibram shoes again, its been 3 weeks since I last ran in them. I don't want to run on the road with them as they are trail run shoes and as the weather has been so miserable so my only runs have been on the road...
I decided I had to start all over again as I could feel my achilles were feeling a little sore at the start of my run....
I walked up the hills...a few times with short interval runs and ran the flats and downhills.
Did 8.55km
When I got home the balls of my feet were really sore as I felt every stone today.
A tractor has been up our route to clean the forest which was very over grown...I think the tyres tossed the ground a little...so stones were all on top and not in the group as usual.

Today is Day 26 of the 50 Day challenge
Going well...I do notice if I start my day with protein like eggs I manage my meals a lot better.
This morning I started my day with a smoothie.
As you all know by now I am allowed 30g of sugar a day.
Am managing to keep to this by watching my fruit and dairy intake.
When I have completed the 50 days I am going to join Jorge Cruise on the 15g of sugar a day program.
I want to see if that is do able.
Reading his book
The Belly Fat Diet
All that he says makes such sense.
I am ready as I said before to cut out more dairy from my eating plan..
And I'm happy with Blueberries or Strawberries in my diet.

I did the 8.55km run today in this heat...I struggled...
And soon I am off to teach The Power Ladies.

Today we have 30 Degrees
Monday its 17
Tues its 16
How pathetic is this weather.

The way I see it, isn't necessarily the way you see it.

  2. It's true what you say regarding the eggs as breakfast. I see when I too have it in the mornings over the weekends, I manage my meals and snacks much better and we all know this is due to the fact that eggs helps one feel fuller for longer.
I'm glad that you're doing to great on this challenge. Well done for coming this far.
