Ready for the challenge

Today is the start of the 30 day challenge
My weight is 64 kg's ~ 142lbs
When I lost the fat nearly two years ago,
I got my weight down to 60kg's ~ 132 lbs
That is where I am aiming to get my weight with this challenge.
I'm giving myself all of September till the 24th October to reach goal weight.
I will be following a eating plan of 1 400 calories
18 South African WW points
29 European WW points
My plan is to do 20 extra mins of training to my hour I usually train daily
On my off days I will do 25 mins only.
I will train for 30 days.


  1. Ok Marcy - I am with you on the 30 day challenge! I will workout everyday for the next 30 days!! This will be good for me as my husband and I will leave for a vacation on Oct. 1st! Thirty days. Let's see what a difference 30 days can make!!

  2. I think you look great! We have the same plan except that I will do at least 20 minutes of exercises each day and on my rest days take a long walk with Bella or do yoga for 20 minutes.

    We can do this, we will do this and we will look great after the challenge and we are doing this together.

    I'm so mean, I'm having so much fun that you are sitting at home wondering what the gift is I bought for you :lol: Might take a week or so before you have it so patience my friend :)

    but I have to say its so exciting not knowing what it is and knowing a something from you is going to be coming to me....its a thrill and I love thrills....

    Yes we are supporting each other via BB as well as our blogs...its great to have such a supportive I'm sure there will be days we are not in the mood or tired.

  5. I took my pics tonight and yuck is all I have to say.. I need to get on this ASAP. To me it is funny how looking in the mirror and seeing a pic. I see two different people.
