So motivated

My motivation for March is where I want it to be...HIGH!

My March started on Monday...not Tuesday

My hubby is teasing and saying it's time I started eating more SUGAR and training less
I think he's concerned as the last time he saw me this motivated I ended up in hospital and was diagnosed with MS.
I am far more healthier now compared to 15 months ago when I got diagnosed
I'm not concerned as I think training an hour or so a day is not over doing it at all...
He goes to gym 5x a week!!!! :)

I plan to run with my neighbor in about 2 hours time, but see the wind has come up
GROAN
But....run I will do as have been waiting all day for this.

  1. I don't think an hour a day would do you harm either. Just enjoy the fact that your motivation is back!

Enjoy your run, I've already did mine at 5.30 am this morning so I'm finished for today.

  2. Enjoy your run and relish your new motivated self! For me, that motivation comes and goes, so I believe that living in the moment has lots of merit!

  3. Yay! You're back! Hope you enjoy a wonderful run in the sunshine today - I think having the sun out is making a huge difference to my energy level all by itself.

  5. That's awesome Marcelle. Maybe some of your motivation will rub off on me. I think there's nothing wrong with an hour or so a day, that should be minimum.

We have crazy wind here today. Gusts up to 100 Km/hr and heavy rain blowing completely sideways. I'm supposed to meet a friend for a run tonight, but I'm actually kind of scared to go out in this. Hopefully it will die down by tonight.

  7. Has your snow melted? It's SO hard to get motivated around here - we're still under several feet of snow! Hope you had a wonderful run - spring WILL come sooner THAN later!!!

  9. I don't understand his concern except if he's afraid that its too much for your MS. I think the more you exercise, which an hour is reasonable in my book, the better off you'll feel. I'm sorry to hear you have MS. :(

  10. Hi Marcelle - I'll definitely start posting what I'm eating in detail next week (once I've read the book over the weekend!). Right now, I'm doing the "coles notes" version a friend of mine supplied me with......

...and I promise to pop over to the group sometime next week and do a post over there as well!
