Day 31/50


I'm having a pretty boring day today....and have to stop myself from thinking about food. :)

This morning I had 2 scrambled eggs, mushrooms, spring onions and cherry tomatoes for breakfast.
2x Green Tea's

Snack was....2 Tsp Greek yogurt - 2 Tsp 1,5% plain yogurt
1 Tsp Flaxseeds
1 small banana
6 Almond nuts

Lunch...( the photo above )
Left over chicken from last night
Lettuce
1 Tomato
Feta cheese with tomato and basil
Goats cheese
Yellow pepper
Coffee

Dinner will be Salmon and veggies

After feeling so flat yesterday I did do a 8.55km run with hubby
This morning I did an hours Interval workout with skipping rope and KB's
Tonight I teach The Power Ladies...

Tomorrow I will weigh in and Friday will be my official weigh in day.


The way I see it, isn't necessarily the way you see it.

  1. Don't know what it is that as soon as we get bored we want to eat. I have that too. Usually I am always busy but on days that I'm very tired and don't want to do anything, I want to eat.

    You didn't give in: good for you! Still going strong!

  2. I must say I am totally glad along with my latest experience to lose weight, this can be definitely remarkable, the way i changed while i had visited adipex at this site. Prefer a slim body, you need to check out that too.
