A quick entry tonight to let you know I had a good day.
Breakfast was a smoothie
Lunch was left over chicken braai with salad
Snack was yogurt with Almond Butter and blueberries
Dinner was Salmon and salad.
Did have hubby offer me a Magnum...
I said * No thank you*
Due to the rain...I have not trained in 3 days...
