Activia yogurt
Blueberries
Lunch
Fish
Salad with Avo and Feta cheese
Tea
Snack
1 orange
coffee
Dinner
Chicken
Broccoli
Peas
Mushrooms
Onions
Sweet potato

Snack
3 tsp Quark
Green Tea
Training

Did 1 hour indoor cycle
30 mins Abs with and without Kettlebell






The way I see it, isn't necessarily the way you see it.
