I'm back....and ready to go!!

I got back from Cape Town the 18 November and have not stopped eating and drinking since...
Oh I did have my days during the week where I was on track....sugar was good.
Then the last week of this year I just let go, totally let go
I ate whatever was going and had a glass or two of wine every night.
I woke up on New Years day with such fog brain.
I have been eating sugar, dairy and wheat.....( no aspartame foods ) and not drinking my lemon water or drinking enough water.....to be honest if it was 2 glasses a day it was good.
I did run 14km with hubby who was on leave last week.
I went to the gym 2x
Taking a break from teaching - we start again next week.

So that was then...
Today I took all my measurements
Yes, they up a bit....
Yesterday I went back to my usual way of eating.
Tracking my foods
Cutting out sugar and wheat...
This afternoon I am beginning to feel the fog brain feeling lift...

I ordered a book last night about sugar detoxing....will share with you in my next entry.

My group of ladies and I have a 30 days 30 grams of sugar challenge starting on Monday...now we all preparing for this challenge.
Personally I want to be sugar free for a lifetime and not only 30days, but we have to start somewhere and this way we can all motivate each other....

Today was DAY 2 back on track for me.

The way I see it, isn't necessarily the way you see it.

  1. I am excited to start this! I told Rachelle that you only get one body to live in and we need to treat it better. I am feeling a lot better just by cleaning up my eating! Having you to help us out is going to make us all rock the challenge!!

  3. I'm with you on the No Aspartame foods ever. Since my eyes was open by you regarding Aspartame, I will never ever touch those things ever.
You sound very motivated, which is really good. Can't wait to start the challenge myself on Monday :)

  4. Sometimes it's okay to let go and eat and drink what we want. I did that too but I have to admit I was feeling worse and worse the longer it took. I don't think I want to have another period of this kind of eating anymore. I feel so much better when I eat healthy.

Good to see you back here Marcelle.
