Had a short break




I took a break from blogging, had my daughter spend a month with me, she is leaving in two hours back to South Africa...

I will be back to blogging here on Monday 11th July as I'm going to do the 17 Days eating plan again. I have been all over the place with my eating for the last month. I've allowed sugar to creep back into my diet via ice cream and chocolate...
So its back to the drawing board before I start gain weight.

I will be doing photo's and a day to day menu of what I'm eating ~ this always helps keep me focused

See you then,.....




The way I see it, isn't necessarily the way you see it.

  4. I am glad that you are going to post your menu each day. I will not be joining in on the plan this time. My dad is coming in at the end of the week to spend two weeks before I go back to school so doing the plan will not work for me right now. But I will be looking at your daily menu and will be doing it once he leaves! Enjoy you trip!

  7. My hubby and I are still on 17 Day Diet - he's lost 27 and I've lost 20! LOVE THIS PROGRAM - we feel so great - and it's not that hard. The miracle (for me) is I've discovered I DON'T NEED SUGAR in my life. I found (3) small packages of M&Ms in my cupboard and usually I would rip off the top and eat them ALL! Instead, I calmly walked over to my grandkids and gave them away! THAT'S A MIRACLE, FOR ME - absolute miracle! Sometimes the scale doesn't reflect the weight loss but inches come off - don't ask me how, but it's great.
    PS I DO LOVE SEEING YOUR FOODS YOU PUT TOGETHER.
