So today I went to the hairdresser so didnt go to gym this morning..
I went this evening with hubby...
now my lovely new hair is a total wreck from all the sweating - as I workout hard so sweat!!
I did 45 mins cardio and 15 mins abs and back workout on ball at gym
Burned 1058 calories
20% fat
8926 steps ( not the 10 000 needed today as I sat on my bum too much today )
I'm thrilled I went this evening as now I dont feel so guilty
Tomorrow morning I plan to do weights and ball at home and dance to mtv!!
