Friday with the South Africans - I had duck, broccoli and 2 potato puffers - orange juice..
Stayed away from alchol and pudding...
Saturday we had South Africans over for Chinese takeaways...I had chicken *something* and rice...
Didnt eat all the rice....and didnt have any wine, drank water...
Sunday - we went to visit a Salt mine - had no lunch so on our way home we stopped at McDonalds, I had a chicken wrap, a slice of cheese cake and coffee... so calorie wise I should be okay as had breakfast and one meal today only.
Did some walking on Saturday around Fulda...but not enough steps compared to when I go to gym ...
I really am trying to cut out calories that I would usually have on weekends like these...
Tomorrow I hit the gym again!!!!
Weekend time which means NO gym for me... We did lots of eating out...
