I wanted to throw the towel in yesterday.... my day started off on a very bad note for me...
I was feeling good....so decided to weigh myself.
I have only lost 1.5kg in 27 days....I have not lost for 2 whole weeks...
I am so frustrated, I am getting to gym everyday, movin more than I've moved in the last 4 years, eating well, not getting caught with the bad stuff...and still nothing!!!!!
Heinz says I look slimmer to him, he thinks I've lost fat...but why is it not showing up on the scale!!
Heinz saw my frustrations so went and bought me a new pair of running shoes yesterday...my pair are over 4 years old now...I've really been enjoying my running, something I've never been able to do in the past...
So with new shoes...comes more motivation to continue on this journey I set out for myself to lost 10 kgs.
At the Xmas market last night I had 3 mugs of gluhwein and a Xmas biscuit...other than that I ate Turkey breast and mixed veg for dinner...it was a good day...I didnt get to do as many steps as I had hoped for walking around as it was so crowded there!
Today, Sunday, we skipped breakfast and by the time we did get to eat it was lunch time, I had fish and mixed veg with a pumpkin seed roll...I did a bit of walking and stair climbing to day as we did a bit of sight seeing before coming home.
Tomorrow I will be back on track and will cut out all breads this week, see if that will make a difference, I only have one week before our guests arrive and the two weeks of partying begins...
