I only got to bed at 2am this morning and woke up at 8am - 9.30am we had planned to meet friends downstairs for breakfast.

Dinner 5.30pm
220g Sweet potato

1Tsp Mayo

Cucumber
Yellow pepper
WW Quark
Points = 3.5
