Day 1 on Weight Watchers Plan

After 10 days of doing * my version * of Atkins I decided to drop as I'm not doing it correctly so cant expect to get the same results.
I dont cook in oil or fat, I dont eat fat - all I did was cut out the carbs for breakfast and lunch time...so woke up this morning and throught, why am I doing this diet when not the REAL deal..
I have chosen to continue with the POINT system as it makes lots of sense and with the website from weight watchers UK I can monitor everything I eat.

I woke up at 9.30am this morning....late I know.

I'M ALLOWED 22 POINTS A DAY

11am I got to eat breakfast...

40g's Special K *ProPlus*
100ml 1.5% milk
Points 3

Coffee
Points - 1

Snack at 12.45
Banana
Points = 1.5

2.30pm - Lunch

2 slices of thin brown bread
lettuce
3 slices tomato
43g Avo
Points = 4

Coffee
Points = 1

7pm - Dinner


2x pieces of pink salmon grilled in microwave
lettuce
tomato
cucumber
feta cheese
yellow pepper
Avo
( a toss salad for hubby and I )

Points = 9

Total Points = 19.5
No gym today, looked after Josh all day.
