Breakfast
Warm freshly squeezed lemon water
Tub Greek yogurt
1 Tsp Flaxseed
Blueberries ( handful )
Green Tea
Coffee
Snack
Half Tub Greek yogurt
Fish
One hard boiled egg
Salad
At about 8pm I had the other half of the Greek Yogurt...
With a tsp of Organic peanut butter ( not on program )
Bedtime tea
I *spring cleaned* my home from top to bottom ~ took over 3 hours....while cleaning, with moving furniture and carrying carpet cleaner up all the stairs as we have 4 floors that need cleaning, I did think I would have proffered to have done one hour of working out instead of this....its really tough. I give my house a good clean once a month, the rest of the time I keep it clean and tidy....
Last night before bath and bed I did 25 mins of Abs....today I feel it as each time I add something different.
I was happy I was hungry for lunch yesterday as the first two days I was not hungry so didnt have.
I did add 1tsp of organic peanut butter to my one snack which is not part of the program, but its not a train smash for my goals with being at goal weight.
My energy levels are still up....
Am not craving for sugar or carbs ~ this is what really surprises me about this program...
The way I see it, isn't necessarily the way you see it.

ReplyDeleteI don't like housekeeping either. I try to look at it as another workout but still prefer to go for a run instead, just like you.

Good for you! I hate to clean house and always tell my hubby that I wish we could hire someone to help with the big stuff!
