Hubby came back from two weeks in Russia last night and brought me this beautiful gift.
TrainingYesterday was my first full day off in over 3 weeks....was tough not training, but I did it.
What I ate that is not in cycle one
Peanut butter

Quark
All are protein so I'm not that bothered
Weight
It's coming down.....each day I lose a little more...
1.8kgs ( 4 lbs ) away from the weight I would like to be, my first goal and we are on day 6 of the 17 days.
My hubby asked me today
