Day Five ~ 17 Days

Breakfast
Warm lemon water
Tub Greek yogurt
Apple
1Tsp Flaxseed
Green Tea
Coffee


Snack
Half Greek Tub left over from last night
Handful of Blueberries
Lunch
Sardine in Olive Oil
Salad ~ Lettuce, tomato, Red peppers, Cucumber
Balsamic dressing
Green Tea
Snack ~ but no photo
Atkins protein bar
Apple with FlatTsp Organic Peanut butter
Coffee

Dinner
Chicken Breast cooked with mushrooms, red pepper and onion
Mashed cauliflower
3 tsp of Blueberry flavor organic quark
Green Tea
Hubby came back from two weeks in Russia last night and brought me this beautiful gift.
Training

Yesterday was my first full day off in over 3 weeks....was tough not training, but I did it.

What I ate that is not in cycle one

Peanut butter
Atkins protein bar
Quark
All are protein so I'm not that bothered

Weight

It's coming down.....each day I lose a little more...
1.8kgs ( 4 lbs ) away from the weight I would like to be, my first goal and we are on day 6 of the 17 days.

My hubby asked me today
* WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS DIET, YOU DON'T NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT*



The way I see it, isn't necessarily the way you see it.

  2. ALWAYS love your food examples - gives me new ideas! I like your snack idea as well (protein - smart!). You know "your diet" is really a smart way to eat the REST OF YOUR LIFE - doing a great job.
