This was my run today....
I did a Trail run today...After doing a 45 mins kettlebell, so legs were sore, first 4.75km was all uphill and really heavy going.....
Last week I only trained on the road and felt the difference today.
I know Trail runs with hills are what makes me stronger so will do them this week and not road runs...

You're still knocking off a great time for a hilly trail run. Awesome. Haven't checked out that link you sent me yet, but I will - I have it saved. I agree that I like the look of a body that has more variety (ie running & weights). I'd never want that super skinny body of those fast long distance runners, I like muscle!
