Day 29/50
A quick entry tonight to let you know I had a good day.
Breakfast was a smoothie
Lunch was left over chicken braai with salad
Snack was yogurt with Almond Butter and blueberries
Dinner was Salmon and salad.
No temptations
Did have hubby offer me a Magnum...
I said * No thank you*
Due to the rain...I have not trained in 3 days...
The way I see it, isn't necessarily the way you see it.

ReplyDeleteI did have a Magnum yesterday but we always buy the mini ones, more than enough calories and sugar in the mini's but every now and then (not every week) I allow myself one :)
