I cut out carbs at night and also cut out bread
I am thrilled to see that these changes have worked...
After gaining and losing the same few grams for months now I have finally had a loss.
1.2kgs in total ( 2.6lbs )
Yay for you!!! I know you must be over the moon after all your hard work the last few months. I really do suspect that shaking up workouts like that really helps...I am going to be doing something similar in the next few weeks by adding the 30 Day Shred workout about three times a week to my schedule. Hopefully my body will wake up and take notice, too!

ReplyDeleteI'm down 4.8 in 2 weeks....and haven't been totally religious with the 17-DD, but very close (I've added 1 complex/day back in).
