I'm not a huge fan of spinach. <br /><br />I wish I could "live" on 1250 calories a day but I can't, it get dizzy and tired if I eat less than 1500 a day. Not that I'm counting right now but know from trying in the past.<br /><br />Maybe you are not happy with your exercise the past two days but a lot of people (including me) would not have worked out at all when not feeling well.
